We have been using for about a month. Love the lights, consistent cooling, loads of options for arranging items (still shifting to find optimal). Freezer location is new to us and a seems a bit smaller than we had imagined, possibly due to LARGE ice try. Half size would be fine for us. SS is also new to us and needs more frequent wiping - learning about this.

I am impressed with the fit and finish. This fridge replaced our old SubZero, which was more than twenty years old. So the Bosch is very quiet and very spacious. I wish the freezer was a little bigger but overall very happy.

The Bosch fridge is ideal for our situation.
1. We like the water dispenser inside the fridge and easy to use
2. The ice maker makes plenty of ice cubes and in a prefect size.
3. The filter is easy to reach and replace.
4. The WiFi connection notifies whenever the doo is left open.
5. The info panel provide useful info and maintains the temp.
6. We like the size, overal design inside and out.
7. It has been over a year, no issues and it looks like new.

First of all, I am shocked that I would purchase an appliance from a major store and they refused to assemble the refrig inside when I have no idea how to assemble it. They told me it was Bosch policy? I am a senior and I do not know how to assemble it. The doors do not close properly and you have to make sure that the door is securely closed before walking away because half the time it's not closed.
I also purchased a dishwasher that did not come with a plate underneath and I am still waiting for the part with no response and its been over 6 months.

This refrigerator works flawlessly. It has had no problems in the three years since we bought it. It has great features. Adjustable bins, built-in ice maker, a giant freezer, cold water dispenser, wi-fi connectivity, and more. The fit & finish is excellent. We couldn't be happier with it. It's certainly the best refrigerator we have ever owned

This fridge dies a great job at controlling the int rental temperature on multiple regions. Our produce is lasting longer and staying crispier with the vegetable drawer and filter. The freezer demands some maneuvering to find the best placement. The amount of ice this thing produces is incredible. The only thing I'd improve on the fridge would be the ability to have a louder alert for open door. It does have a phone option, but a louder bro would help alerting the kids to shut the door properly and stop eating the ice with the freezer open.

After not being able to fix the leaking water dispenser on my brand new fridge they finally replaced it with a second exact model fridge. Both leaked from day one so my expectation is that the second one would not be any more fixable than the first one. The store has not offered any suggestions/solutions for the second fridge.

Our refrigerator icemaker will not produce ice continuously. It freezes up and stops working for weeks on end before spontaneously freeing itself and producing ice for maybe a week, before repeating. Two warranty period visits claimed we were 1.) leaving the freezer door open and 2.) not having the freezer set to -1 degrees F. Neither fixed the problem but did push us out of our warranty period! Terrible service ... sorry.

My rating is based on my comparison to the unit I replaced and the price I paid. Here we go:
Very disappointment in some the features. 1. I cannot find a way to determine the current unit temperature. The unit shows what it should be but not what it is. My other cheaper unit had this feature which was awesome. 2. The ice bin is large but very awkward to access and I feel like debris falls into the bin (doesn't appear to be very sanitary overtime. 3. Leveling the unit is very difficult. The service team had to come to my home 3 times before the got it correct so that the doors do not slam. 4. Some of the draws in the refrigerator are difficult to open all of the way. They appear to get stuck.
I have other concerns with the unit but these are the most significant. This is an expensive unit and it should have the features I listed at a minimum. Probably won't buy a Bosch next time based on my experience.

This is a mixed bag. Our current fridge is the second one - the first was returned because of a failed french door component. It appears this one is going to suffer the same fate. In addition, we have never been able to get the produce door on this one to close fully, which seems to interfere with the French Door components. We have been unable to get any service work scheduled despite attempts over the last three weeks. Other than that, we love the fridge, the materials (other than the French Door component) are top notch, it is silent in operation, and looks great. Love the slab look on the front without any ice/water dispenser on the outside.

I usually buy side-by-side refrigerators, but I recently remodeled my kitchen, and the french door looked better with my new cabinets. I love the french door features. You can see everything that is on the shelf so your food doesn't get lost and go bad. I love that it has a wine rack, a shelf for eggs, and a container for special condiments that I use a lot. It also has gallon sized door bins which hold mygallon sized milk and ice tea containers. The freezer has 2 bins and 2 shelfs for storing boxed vegetables, ice cream and meat and bread products, and you can easily view all of them when you open the drawer.

Love it! Looks very sleek and is large enough to fit anything for 4 people or more. The water comes out fast but isn't very cold, that's my only issue other than the dairy and produce drawers being a little flimsy - they'll hold up fine just wish they were a little heavier duty for being Bosch. Overall great quality fridge and I love the smart features. The ice bin is also super large so if you ever needed more space you could always take it out but even with it we have enough to keep the freezer stocked.

We like the sleek look of this fridge, as well as the led lighting, pyramid ice and the customizable glass shelves. We are still getting used to the app and smart features.
We do not like that the drawers in the freezer are all done in cheap plastic and the top freezer drawer only opens half way! We are also disappointed in the half deep deli drawer done in thin plastic that flexes and won't open straight without both hands! The fruit and vegetable drawers are all the same thin plastic. For an appliance this expensive we expected more. We are hoping it will last for a good long time even with the cheap plastic shelving/drawers. Only time will tell.

This refrigerator is the best! It keeps food super cold and fresh. It looks so clean and bright with the lights and stainless steel back. Amazed at the space. Love the rack shelves. They came in handy. They help conserve and utilize wasted space. Worth the purchase.

After going through 2 refrigerators in 7 years, I invested in this Bosch hoping it lasts longer. So far we love it and I've received compliments. The counter depth is perfect for the space, and the lighting and space makes it easy to see everything. Stuff doesn't get lost in the back like it used to in my last fridge. One of the features I was skeptical of was that food would last longer, but it's true! We definitely have noticed that vegetables are staying fresher. It's nice being able to see and adjust the settings in the app, too. At first it took some getting used to opening the door to fill our water glass, but now we prefer it because it keeps the front of the fridge so much cleaner. It's easy to use simply by pressing the glass against the small button. Same goes for the ice maker--not sure how, but I have more room in my freezer than my last unit even with the icemaker. The extra third drawer makes it nice for organizing different types of items. If I had to share any cons, it's that a 12 pack of soda doesn't fit. But a $10 soda holder from Amazon took care of that and it's actually nice to have anyway. If you're on the fence about it and can afford this fridge, it's beautiful and works well. Hopefully it lasts a long time, too!

It's hard to get excited about a refrigerator, but I'm glad that we went with this particular Bosch. I was worried that the cabinet depth refrigerator would hold less than our previous standard depth that this replaced, but despite having less space by volume, the Bosch has more easily-usable space. It's also really well lit, which helps in finding things that do get pushed to the back now and then.
I really like that this model has filtered, cold water available inside the door rather than through it. Through-the-door ice and water takes up too much valuable space.

I love this refrigerator. We researched a ton of options when buying our new house, and this came out on top. It is extremely quiet when running, and the ice maker makes more than enough ice to keep up with our demand. It also looks very stylish in my kitchen.

We replaced a whirlpool that was only a few years old but did not evenly distribute cold through the fridge part... and so things would kinda freeze in the back and stayed a little to warm in the front. This Bosch is amazing... things last way longer and the temp is even throughout the frisge section. Well worth it.

Fridge space is ample and has efficient storage. Others have mentioned that the left produce bin cannot be fully accessed without opening both doors - this is a little annoying, but not a deal breaker. Clean, straight lines in the freezer means more storage space, unlike some of the counter-depth GEs with a weird angle in the back of the bin that would restrict storage of pizza boxes. We previously had a side-by-side fridge, and the capacity of this freezer feels much less, so this is my one major gripe about the counter-depth size (fridge side seems bigger, but freezer side is shortchanged). Also, it's great that this model has dual evaporator and condensor and is so energy-efficient.

Only ask would be to allow for interior water dispenser to be colder. And our water dispenser still makes quite a bit of noise when we use it.

The fridge has a lot of space, and yet is compact: we are storing more food and we have more space in the kitchen now. Quiet operation, sleek design, bright. The ice maker produces a ton of ice and the cubes never stick in clumps. The only flaw (in my opinion) is the water dispenser inside the fridge: if you want water you have to open the door. It's a little thing and doesn't bother me much.

It has been a month and so far so good. We replaced our 16 year old side-by-side Bosch (it was still working but we thought it could be any minute). This fridge seems larger, likely because the doors are thicker and we can fit more on the doors. The LED light is great and it makes my fridge looks like a showroom. The shelves are configurable and I find that I have more space. The crisper drawers seems to work very well, my veggies are staying hydrated and they seem to last longer. I thought I would hate the inside water dispenser but I don't mind it, in fact, it gives my fridge door a cleaner look.
Lots of space in the freeze and I appreciate the sliding drawers. Also the ice dispenser works well and very fast.
Now the negatives:
I wish the icemaker would stop when it is full. Instead, I get an alert from the apps, I have to manaully stop it.
Fingerprints are there, I have stopped caring. I think it marks more than my Miele stainless dishwasher.
Right door -- you really have to push it to close the door (by design I guess). So I am frequently getting an alert on my app that I have close the right door.
Left door -- I am having trouble leveling the fridge to keep the left door open, it keeps closing on me. And yet, it does not have the momentum to close all the way. The steady state is halfway open!
Time will tell if this fridge will last longer than my previous one. I am a bit concerned about all the bells and whistles on this fridge but only time will tell.

This fridge is absolutely flawless so far. It looks very sleek in the kitchen and makes hardly any noise. The shelves look more expensive compared to most refrigerators and the ice comes out in small rounded squares versus the typical 'moon shape'. There is also tons of room and the touch screen control is a nice modern touch. I would highly recommend this fridge.

The 800 series has great storage and plenty of room inside. Love the water dispenser as it doesn't take up any room inside. The freezer's three compartments (as opposed to most others who have two) are quite spacious.

We had this refrigerator for awhile and already, and we're having issues with the ice maker. It was working fine. Then it stopped. A tech guy came by and reset it by basically turning the on/off power switch from the electrical panel. Now it's happening every so often and it's frustrating. I will call service again as we have an extended warranty but really, that should not happened after a year or so or even 5 years from now. I'm not sure if there is an issue with some sensors or else. What amazed me the most it that this refrigerator has wifi but the engineers did not even added a feature so that from a touch of my app I could reset it. I tried to turned on/off the switch located in a weird place, there is a cover, if you pull it up, the is a switch, if it's green it's on and if off well the light turns off but it does nothing. To have an app that tell me the door is open or that the bin is full is ok but not the most useful feature. I went with Bosch product and by the way beside the ice maker, likely the rest is working fine. I like the refrigerator but the ice issue is a problem. I'm not even sure on how to rate this review.

This was my first french door refrigerator. After looking at all the top brands and the way alot of them had cut corners to make the cheapest plastic interiors, I always came back to Bosch. I had a larger refrigerator side by side and I really wanted a bigger refrigerator but none exsited for counterdepth. I was sold by the quality the Bosh offers, it didn't compare to any of the others and I went with about 5 cubic feet less than what I had before. Today I still can't believe that I have extra room and am verry happy with my choice.
This company always has support and is very willing to help if I ever had a problem. Excellent customer service!I have always heard Bosh is the best and I certainly agree. This is my second Bosh product and I will only buy Bosh from now on!

Tlook is clasic and enhances the beauty of my space. Functionally smaller cubic feet than my last refridgerator but much , much moreefficiently designed. I purchased a new Bosch refrigerator because I was tired of the horrible quality of competitors and have loved my other Bosch products. The ice maker failed within 2 months and from what I read, this is common. The repair company that the retailer requires for warranty will not return calls. Still not repaired after 2 months. I never write reviews, but you asked!
