THINK TWICE: The first unit delivered by Lowes never got in the door, dryer door would not stay closed. They took it away and said it would be 10 days before I could get a replacement. I cancelled Lowes order.Second try from Home Depot: Was installed but the dryer broke down during the first load we tried. Had to take wet laundry to laundromat to dry. NO WEEKEND SERVICE AVAILABLE FROM ELECTROLUX. It's a nice looking machine, but make installers stay until you was and dry a load of clothes!

I like the variety of wash and dry settings. The washer and dryer are noisier than the Frigidaire laundry center I had before but they seem to be working well. The door on the dryer doesn't always stay open. I think the installer failed to make the appliance level. I will have to find a handyman to adjust it. It's entirely too time-consuming trying to get anyone from Best Buy to schedule a repair.

Vertical stack saves and there is bonus space to fold dry laundry on top of the washer. So easy to use and program for any size load. Would have given 5 stars if the dryer wasn't so noisy. Washer is fine but sure wish I could turn down the volume on the dryer.

I had the gallery series before this one purchased back around 2003. It was fantastic, so when it finally gave out I knew I had to have it again! Only difference is the new one is computerized and my old wasn™™t. But I™™m adjusting. Love the quietness of the machine and the ™fast™ washing and drying!!!I really cannot tell you how happy I am with this new appliance. With my living situation - I live in an open basement of my home now turned into mother in law suite, sooo the upper two floors are where my daughter, son in law, and 3 grandchildren live. Sooo my daughter is also using the new machine and loves it as much as I do! I will always recommend Frigidaire appliances to all my friends!

Random beeping and lights on outside of use. Also the dryer stops mid-cycle. Have had multiple service companies assigned to me by Frigidaire. Multiple no shows by technicians. They even ordered a replacement part for me, sent a different technician with this part, then he tried to re-diagnose the problem. This has been a hassle, and I cannot keep missing work for this. I do not recommend recommend this company at all due to these issues. Still waiting for this to be repaired - 3 months in the making.

For a full size small machine this one does great. My only complaint is that there is softener dispenser. I would have loved to see a clear lid on the washer as well but it works just fine without it.

The dryer is loud. The washer/dryer says on the front of it that it is Frigidaire Quiet Pack. I wish it were more quiet. Other than that I love this unit for the clean wash, the ease of using it with controls at eye level, and the size of the tubs! It is a wonderful washer and dryer!

Overall I am pleased. Only thing is the lid rattles when the dryer runs so I had to put a cushion under the lip. Also, sometimes the washer does not drain and spin well, even if there is no Balance Load light on. When this happens, I have to rerun the Drain and Spin cycle.

We owned our previous Frigidaire stackable for 18 years with never anIssue. In fact, it™™s still working, we just replaced most of our appliances and gave this old to a family member. The washer cleans clothes so nicely and it spins so the clothes are damp. however, it fills The washer only fills with hot water only, no matter what the setting. I am unable to look in back of the appliance to see if Lowe's delivery staff installed this appliance correctly. The dryer does its job as it should but it is noisy. The buzzers to let you know a load of clothes is finished, should be much louder. The buzzer for the dryer only sounds once. I love the fact that the dryer is a left handed door!

I had this product delivered in October 2022 and the dryer had not worked properly since. I have had no less than 8 visits from two different repair companies and I still don™™t have a reliable dryer. I have gone almost a year without a dryer and Fridgedaire still won™™t replace. I want a new one now. I also found out this is a common issue with this laundry center so do not recommend. Just know that any call to their customer service requires 30-45 minutes to get someone who then tells you another service call is needed. I am done

I wanted another model/brand. My husband talked me into this one because he said bending over to unload a wash from a low front loader would be more than my back could handle. Point taken. This machine is working out well for us. It holds a good amount of laundry and no problem with unbalanced loads. The dryer is fantastic. It™™s a bit loud but does a great job with nice dry and fluffy laundry. So far I am very happy with this unit.

The machine functions they way it should. No problems with balance and clothes seem clean. Dryer is louder than I expected but it does its job well. No damp clothes just nice and dry and fluffy. I would say I™™m very satisfied. Also, I don™™t have to bend down to pull clothes out of a front load washer with this old back and knees.

My 1st Frigidaire set lasted 22 years. I'm hoping to get the same service from my 2nd set. I don't like the locking lid - never know when it will release. Also, I don't see a fabric softener dispenser. Other than that, so far so good. Much quieter than my first set. The clothes come out very clean and the dryer is just fine.
