Built-In Sous Vide

Introducing the industry's first built-in sous vide, right on the cooktop. Get professional-style results every time and capture the full, true flavor of foods with this feature available on the 48" Pro Range.

Power-Up or Simmer Down

Two 23,000 BTU Ultra-High burners provide power while Two 15,000 Ultra-Low burners simmer down to temperatures as low as 100 degrees.

True Combi-Steam

The 48" Pro Range features True Combi-Steam in the 18" oven to combine steam and convection cooking for gourmet-style results. Convection cooks food quickly and evenly while steam helps to preserve texture, taste, and appearance. The 36" Pro range features a Steam-Assist Convection oven.

Signature Kitchen Suite ranges come with a wide array of cooking methods and features including induction, a Chromium Griddle, 23,000 BTU Ultra-High Burners, 15,000 BTU Ultra-Low Burners, and the first built-in sous vide on the market(available on the 48" range). Select ranges also include True Combi-Steam, available in the 48" range, and the largest capacity Steam-Assist Convection Oven, found in the 36" Pro Range, which combine convection and steam for optimal results. Other range features include zero-clearance installation, Speed-Clean, knob timer controls, and a limited 3 year warranty that covers all parts and labor.

The SKS 30" Integrated Refrigerator Column is engineered to provide the largest capacity in the industry featuring 18.0 cubic feet of storage capacity. It can also easily and cleanly be paired with an 18" Column Freezer into a 48" opening.

The exclusive lift-out bins are fully adjustable and can be moved to any increment you want, while the movable snack drawer easily slides up and down, making space and providing true versatility.
