Payment Methods:

We accept most Major credit cards.

We accept checks made out to Mrs G Inc., must have name and address bank Imprinted on the check, ID required. No 3rd party or endorsed checks are accepted, no postdated checks. Checks are subject to approval. Merchandise paid by check cannot be delivered or taken for a minimum of 10 banking days from the check issue date.
Financing is available for qualified credit customers.

Payment terms:

All orders require a minimum 50% deposit. Once we have ordered your product and received it into inventory the full balance is due. Delivery dates cannot be scheduled until the order is paid in full. Payments by check must be made 10 banking days prior to delivery.

Delivery Area:

We make deliveries in the tri-state area only. We do not ship to areas outside of our normal trading area.

Customer responsibility:

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure they are purchasing a product that will fit into their home. And to purchase a product that is compatible with their utilities. Make sure a path to deliver the product is clear of furniture, wall hanging items, low hanging items, etc. Provide protection for floors. Protect any sensitive flooring. Some wood and other floors are soft and the weight of a new appliance may dent the floor, we are not responsible for soft flooring. Protect any light color carpeting that may get dirty easily. We use appropriate care and equipment in delivery but you must be responsible for your home.

Also, deliveries where there are broken, loose, fragile, or otherwise uneven steps that may be damaged further delivering a heavy appliance. We cannot be responsible for those situations.

Special Order Merchandise:

All products not normally stocked are considered "Special Order" and become non-cancellable and non-refundable once we place the order. Including: All Built-in products, all kits and accessories, including microwave trim kits, ducting, any ventilation items, hoods, etc., all are non-returnable and non-refundable even if you haven't taken delivery of items yet.


Mrs G Inc. will deliver your order with trained professional delivery personnel. Either "In-House" delivery trucks or outside 3rd party delivery service companies, depending on availability, area, and other criteria determined by Mrs G Inc. Delivery days for some areas may not be available every day. Delivery times are determined by delivery personnel once routes are scheduled. We cannot accept requests for special delivery times. Mrs G delivery personnel are not plumbers, carpenters, or electricians and are not capable of doing other than standard deliveries. Additional work needed is at the customer's expense and is customer responsibility.


Any returns require management approval. A 30% restocking fee may apply to returns or cancellation once we order the items. Even if you have not taken delivery yet. Approved returns of special items may receive only an in-store credit.


Returns for damage must be made within 48 hours of receipt of items. All items must be inspected immediately, especially if they will not be installed immediately. No returns for damage after 48 hours from delivery. All returned items must be complete with all cartons, packing, books, instructions and accessories or a fee for missing items will be assessed.


Refunds will be made in the form originally paid, Credit cards will receive a credit to the original card, checks receive a check refund, allow 2 weeks for processing, Cash payment will receive cash or check refunds, allow 2 days for processing.

Storage Fees:

If you are unable to take delivery of your items within 30 days we may "warehouse" the items for you at a storage fee. All must be paid in full before we can store your merchandise.


Rebates are normally offers from the Brand/manufacturers and other entities. They are not under the control of Mrs G Inc. Most are administered by 3rd party processors. All rebates are subject the rules and regulations set by Rebate provider. All conditions required by the rebate provider must be met to receive your rebate. Mrs G Inc. and its personnel are not responsible for rebates. We will provide the rebate form but have no other responsibility to the rebate. Please read the instructions carefully, make sure you have purchased the qualifying product(s) within the program dates, take delivery of all product prior to mail in deadline and mail the forms before the mail-in deadline. Mrs G Inc. has no recourse to obtain a rebate if you have not met the conditions set to obtain the rebate. Make sure you receive any rebate forms at the time of purchase.


Written quotes are valid for pricing for a maximum of 30 days.


All pricing is subject to change without notice. Manufacturers run limited time offers that change the pricing frequently. Pricing on our website is subject to verification and adjustment. Pricing of appliances does not include installation costs or sales tax.


Mrs G Inc. collects sales tax for NJ and PA sales. WE do not collect Sales Tax on delivered sales outside of these states. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay their sales tax in other States.


Many new local codes require "Make-up-Air" for ventilation with CFMs over 400. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check their local code for ventilation requirements. Codes vary by municipality.


It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide proper connections at the appliance location. Electric must be to code and a proper outlet is required for a range or dryer installation. Gas appliances require a proper shut off valve at the appliance. We will not connect a new appliance using old parts. New parts must be purchased separately.

Product Warranties:

Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer. Mrs G Inc. is an authorized retailer for every brand we sell. We purchase all products with full manufacturer warranties. Service during the warranty period is provided by authorized factory servicers, under the provisions of the warranty. Mrs G Inc. does offer extended warranties to extend the Manufacturer warranty. This is provided through 3rd party insurers and must be purchased at the same time as the product. We make no representation or addition of any other warranty.

Appliance Notes:

*Most manufactures do not supply any installation parts with their products, those items must be purchased separately. Including hoses for washers, cords for 220V appliances, gas connectors for gas appliances, ducting for hoods, etc.

*Gas appliances normally come set for natural gas. Conversion to LP gas may require a kit and may be additional cost. LP conversion must be done prior to delivery. Mrs G Inc. does not install LP gas appliances, they require professional installation.

*Built-in appliances require professional installation at additional cost paid to installers.

*Dryers are heated by either 220v or gas. All dryers plug-in but may also be gas. There is a $100.00 redelivery fee for incorrect dryer purchase. Check your connections.

*Ducted hoods require ducting to go to the outside. Make sure you have the room to run ductwork before purchasing a hood. Check required duct size. Improper size duct will void the hood warranty.

*Refrigerator/Freezer doors are not reversible on many models, make sure you properly specify the door hinge opening when ordering. Exchanges for LH or RH are a min. $100.00. Returns for size errors will be a minimum of $100.00

*We do not have COD deliveries. All sales must be paid in full prior to scheduling for delivery.
