Don't buy if you need to dry your clothes on LOW!

Most of my clothes require a Low setting to dry. The reason I bought this dryer was because of the sensor dry so avoid over drying my clothes. There is NO low temperature option with Sensor Dry. The temperature for the "Normal" setting cannot be adjusted which makes zero sense. I am forced to use Timed Dry to use the Low temperature setting. I have to go in an check them multiple times as I can't time it right. They are either too damp or too dry. I cannot believe Samsung didn't realize that is extremely poor programming. Most clothes these days require "tumble dry LOW!" I am so ticked I bought this thing without realizing this. If you could adjust the temperature on the "Normal" setting which is the most commonly used option, it would be a great dryer.

I usually live Samsung products but this dryer does not measure up. I have never had a dryer that the clothes come out with so many wrinkles. My sheets get twisted into knots and sometimes I have to put the top and bottom sheets in separately to get them dry. I also don't like that most of the presets can not be altered.

I love the look of the Samsung machines, and I think the company has some nice products but the washer and dryers are just so cheaply made. We have not had our dryers more than two years and constant issues. Plus, rust has started from the metal around the bleach deposit. What a joke! And, the washers don't clean clothes. I'd recommend a tumble washer over these drum washers. As a customer who owns two of each, I say AVOID. There are much better quality machines out there.

I bought my new Samsung Dryer 2 months ago. I am very happy with it. It drys everything the first time, so no need to run a 2nd cycle. The lint screen is very easy to clean, and it seems like less lint is accumulating. For the price I paid, I am extremely satisfied!

Bought the matching washer and gas dryer. Both are excellent and have large capacity tubs. Very happy with the washing and drying results!

I purchased the washer and dryer set at a local Home Depot store. I cannot even being to tell how disappointed and frustrated I am with the product. Purchased November 2nd, the dryer simply stopped working a week later. The timer would count the time, but dryer would not tumble or dry, just non-responsive. I called Home Depot, they said that since it was still under the manufacturer's warranty, that I had to reach out to Samsung directly, so I did. The telephone operator said that the service center would be at my house two days later, then the next day, the Samsung authorized representative called and said that they could only be at my house the following week. I had to wash my clothes and take them to a local laundromat to have them dried. What a hustle right before Thanksgiving. A week after, the tech came and fixed the dryer in less than 15 minutes. He stated that it was a defective thermostat, which he replaced.
Two days ago, the dryer stopped working again. very same issue. After spending over 30 minutes on the Samsung virtual chat since it was after-hours, the telephone operator said that a technitian would be at my home two days later. The next day, guess what? The authorized service center called stating that they would only be at my house December 27th, a week later! Are you serious, who needs this during Christmas time? I just want to return the product and get my money back, but neither Home Depot or Samsung allows returns (which is ridiculous). I need to have at least 3 service issues for Samsung to give me another dryer. Two already happened.
I am extremely dissatisfied with Samsung, its authorized service centers and the product purchased. I went with the Samsung brand as I trusted the name and reputation. This is not the type of product or service you want to offer your customers.
I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Really disappointed in my new Samsung DV7450 7.4 cu. ft. Gas Dryer. No preset on the Sensor-Dry settings for low heat (the recommended drying setting for most of my clothes). I have to use the timed cycle. The manual says you can adjust the heat, but customer service and a visiting service technician said you can't.
I tried the wrinkle-away Steam-Cycle this morning for a shirt I wanted to wear. It made my shirt soaking wet and it took over 30 minutes to dry. Another three cycles on the dial wasted.
Most of the dryer settings are for Sensor-Dry or Steam-Cycles. Of the 11 settings, only 3 are of any use - Towels (Sensor-Dry), Time Dry and Quick Dry).
Buyer beware.
