The color is way off and ice is everywhere!!!

2 complaints. the color is way off. there is nothing navy blue about the fridge i recieved even though the panel boxes stated navy steel. the ice spills out the back of the container when you gently scoop the ice and you end ip with ice all in your freezer.

i was excited to get this fridge only to find out the many design flays/issues that have yet to be fixed woth two visits from support. that bejng said here are my latest issues. 1. water pitcher not filling all the way 2. left door will not stay open will close most of the way by itself. tech says samsung said thats normal. i'd accept that of it was a hundered dollar fridge but not a thousand dollar 3. shortly after having the little hing thing on the roght of the left door replaced i now habe to push my door hard ti close it. 4. the ice try that ice scoop sets in had to be removed sonce the ice maker fills the bin too far and everytime i slide it back ice pourded down below. samsung i really wosh you would make this right….
