Im sorry to say that I cant give a review since I havent been able to run the machine. The door latch wont close and the soap door latch latch doesnt work either. I went Loews where I bought it and said they would see what they can can do. But no word as of today.

I have had my unit for about 4 years and I love it. Yes the dryer takes a bit longer but I tend to line dry most and when I do use dryer feature I know I am being power savvy. The varied wash cycles are helpful to ensure I treat my clothes/linens well. Its small footprint and sleek design is perfect for my urban high-rise apartment.

Water hammer so bad cops involved

Takes forever and its too confusing to do simple things like a dry only cycle at a specific temp actually not even sure its possible. More importantly the water hammer in my townhouse is so horrible it led to cops saying neighbors are complaining about sounds of explosions. This is WITH an arrestor and flow valve turned down to 25 and an expansion tank on our water tank. Plumbers only remaining recommendation is tear down our walls and re-secure our pipes as the damage has migrated to other pipes.

I got this thing years ago when it first came out and it sucked so bad I cant believe they still make it. We used it for about 30 days and the clothes would never dry completely even after two dry cycles. They were always dank. Anyway at about day 28 we returned it and went back to a convention washer/dryer set up. I cant believe they released this thing as a finished product for $3k when it would have been easier to wash our laundry by hand down by the creek with an old-timey washboard. Seriously I cant un-recommend this thing enough.

Constant time wasted troubleshooting and draining

For context I purchased the entire line of LG Signature appliances minus the TV because I was genuinely excited by the design and thought and effort put into RD for each of the products. For this washer I always boasted about it being ahead of the curve especially in the US with an All-In-One design. That quickly faded because after a few weeks into having it installed I would get constant OE Drain Errors and Unbalanced Load errors. This occurs even when there isnt even anything in the machine and just doing a tub clean but happens about 30-40 of normal loads. So I have to spend about an hour draining and trying again. Ive troubleshooted the issue and even bought a borescope to see if there were clogs and there were none and I clean the trap about every 3-4 days to help avoid the issues. Im highly disappointed in this product and would only recommend it with LG Premium Care but at that point you getting a great deal less value out of the cost and youre basically subscribing to the washer at that point because youll need extended warranty if you want to keep it around more than 5 years for sure.

LG Signatures combo washer/dryer is a huge disappointment. After less than two years its now headed for a landfill. Ive spent hundreds of dollars in repairs to the door to the panel to the drum and I am finally giving up and buying something else. Not to mention that draining the machine is a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and dont make the same mistake I diddo not buy this machine. LG should be ashamed to sell this product.

We love this washer we experienced a problem with a back panel that was bent inwards enough to scrape on the drum however this was taken care of by LG and overall the experience has been great as far as the product goes and using it its for now the only machine with the specific laundry list hehe of functions we needed in this form factor. Others are coming to market now with this same feature set but they are much larger and dont fit the niche use cases this one does. Overall we love it.

Bought this combo washer/ dryer for our RV which we live in full time. It works very well and were happy with it. It obviously takes a bit longer to dry but thats to be expected from a combo. We would definitely buy again

Looks cool and has some nice features but overall very disappointed. I have had this item for about 5 years and about 3 months ago it stopped drying the clothes all the way. All clothes come out very damp but before it stopped working properly it Still took about 5 or 6 hours to wash and dry a load. And that is not with a full load have to fill only about 50 or it would take Like 10 hours and still not be fully dry. Also about a year ago small garments started getting sucked into the drain and cause a malfunction so then you have to drain all the water and pray you can get the garment out of the small opening at the bottom. Usually I have to stick a snake about 2ft in to fish it out. I have to call a repair man to come out and see why it is not drying but the unit is out of warranty so I am sure that will cost a fortune. And I am only one person using this I cant even imagine a family trying to use this machine. Literally you would never stop doing laundry it would have to run 24 / 7. And you have to buy the mini unit that this will sit on so it will be raised off the floor or good luck trying to drain the water and clean the filter. Can you say nightmare? I definitely regret buying this.

The Worst Machine Ever

We have had this for two years. Do not be fooled into thinking it will save you time because it washes and dries. Takes 8 hours to wash and dry a load auto detergent doesnt work wont take a normal sized load of laundry AND you have to manually drain it. Knowing what I know now I would have spent the extra money to have a normal washer and dryer. Waiting for it to break so we can justify getting a new one.

The reason I bought this product is the minimal requirement for power: 10 Amps And it works great results and little power consumption. All you need comes with the device all tools really everything. It takes a little to get used to operating and connecting to the WLAN took a little but the reason was me: I do not read manuals expecting everything to work as I think it should. Are there real downsides? Not really but youve to decide to operate without AFCI or reconfigure the wiring in the washer to get the dryer working both getting you into trouble with your insurance in case something happens even without this machine being involved or LG if you are asking for repairs while under warranty. LG should work on this while this is a pretty common issue for many other manufacturers as well especially for older models.
