When we went to purchase to new stove the appliance was not in the show room but had one that was close. With what we read and the salesmen recommendation we bought this model. when it was delivered and set up the installers explained everything it was better than we thought it was going to be. We wished the appliances you get now came with booklets to explained everything like they use to instated of having to go on the internet.

Things get done so much more quickly now on the gas cooktop than on our old electric stove. Loving all the different baking options on the oven as well. The only issue we had was the initial set up to Bluetooth as the password was not located on the label as shown in directions. However, customer service was able to get it for us & then it hooked up immediately!

I love my range, and especially like the gas stovetop and electric oven. I love cooking with gas, but like baking with electric, because it is more consistent for cakes and breads. The only thing I wish was different with the cooktop is instead of one long burner in the center, I wish it had 2 small separate burners. That way, I could use them for 2 sauce pans when I have a large group that I'm cooking for, and still turn both burners on, when I'm wanting to use the griddle.

This is the only freestanding dual fuel range with a backsplash on the market right now, so I didn't have much to choose from in the first place. However, this range has turned out to be fantastic and exactly what I'd hope it to be. The gas cooktop is fantastic, and the super burner can handle anything put on it, even huge pots of water. extremely pleased with this stove. The oven is large and cooks evenly… no hotspots. Great, useful features, and it looks great in our kitchen, too. I highly recommend this dual fuel range!

Have had this range for a couple of months. I like the consistant temperature of the oven, versus my old range with gas oven, and temperature control of the gas cook top. Overall the best of both worlds. I did not have any trouble connecting the wifi to my router. Also, on comments of touch screeen I have not had those issues but it is a little different feel. If I have any touch screen problems, could us my phone to set oven, but so far not problems.

Dual fuel unit-Big change from 30 year old electric stove. Do like the "super" burner-quick to boil for pasta. Like that the oven is electric, and the stove top is gas. We bake a lot, and you can't bake all that well in a gas oven. Like the center griddle-but we only use it for holding hot pans, a bit of a bear to clean. Don't use the grill pan side at all-again hard to clean. Stovetop does take more upkeep-getting under the grates which are pretty heavy to move. Can't use my standard window cleaner as I did on my electric-get streaks on the enamel. I do wish the storage drawer was deeper-we only store frying pans/skillets there now. Hadn't gone to Dual fuel before now due to high cost-it's a major investment.

Made really well. My old oven heated up our house and I barely used it during warmer months. Had this one at 425 degrees and the glass front was cool to the touch. Made a cheesecake recently and it's the first one I've made that didn't crack. Perfectly smooth top and golden. This is the nicest range I have ever owned. In retirement, cooking is one of my hobbies. This range is going to make that even more fun than it was before. Haven't had time to use all the great features yet. Based on reviews I think I will be very pleased with performance. Baked some Ginger Snap Cookies with the convection feature and they turned out beautiful. Having all the burners at different BTU's is really helpful for cooking. Adjustability on the flame is much more responsive than my old range. Cooked 1 1/2 lbs of pasta in my large pasta pot and the water reached boiling in record time. I have no complaints at all. Roomy oven, versatile range top, all the features I wanted, and looks really good in my kitchen.

So far I love everything about my new range. It's only been about 10 days and I haven't had time to try all the features yet. One of the best things is that when I use the oven it doesn't heat up the whole house like my old range did. I can work next to it while it's on and I don't get overheated like I did with the old range. Having the different BTU's on the cooktop is nice. Fixed pasta in my large stockpot and the water starting boiling in record time compared to my old range. This is probably nit picking, but the only thing I can say so far is that I wish the knobs were metal instead of plastic. Metal cleans up better. And of course it went on sale at a better price the week mine arrived. I had already been without an oven for 6 weeks so I wasn't willing to wait any longer. I do wish they would send the manual with the stove. I want to print mine out since I refer to it quite often. Overall I am thrilled! This is the nicest range I have ever owned and I look forward to many outstanding meals from it!

The gas range top is well made, works great, and is easy to clean. Love the griddle/grill and the different settings on the quick boil burner. The electric oven is quick heating, roomy and also easy to clean. The stove looks solid and professional. The only problem is the temperature touch pad for the oven is refusing to take commands. First it was just the numbers down the right side, now more are refusing to accept input. We are awaiting repair. Without this issue I'd definitely recommend this duel fuel range.

Got the appliances December 2, a week later control board starting acting up. Only way currently to operate is through wifi controls. Company just sent someone to get this resolved. Could be great but a month and a half in, still waiting for it to be fully functional.

Big Improvement to My Kitchen Despite Oven Issues

I love it because: I love cooking on a gas range after years of using electric! The variety of different burner sizes is so useful. The grates are heavy, but I like the durability of the cast iron, so it's a trade-off. The burners ignite quickly and are responsive. I love that it is dual fuel and that the oven is a large capacity. I'm enjoying the oven features I haven't used before, especially air fry for crispy fries! I'm having trouble with it because: while the oven seems to heat up quickly, an internal oven thermometer is reading that it is not preheated when the display says it is. Baking a sheet of cookies at 325F, the oven never got to 325 and it took the cookies a much longer time than usual to bake. I baked three loaves of bread that were brown on top but raw in the center! Sometimes it will heat all the way up, but it takes a long time to get there. So temperature calibration seems off. I also wish the unit had come with interchangeable center grate and center grill. I will probably purchase the optional grate as I think I'll have reasons to use both.

We researched many dual fuel ranges in our search for one under $3500.00. My wife and I mostly focused on 5 star and 1 star. This range had a low percentage of 1 to 5 ratings. Most were focused on oven control issues or hard to turn knobs. We have no problems with either. The oven holds the set temperature accurately and cooking knobs work great. I just have to watch out about leaning up against them when I'm unloading the dishwasher. Haven't tried the air fryer yet but looking forward to it. Used convection mode to bake a pizza and couldn't be happier with the results. I would definitely recommend this range. Setup was also easy and quick.

We had to have the installers come 2 times and they left the cover of the back panel off and hanging. ow that we can finally use it, after waiting for installers to return with the power cord they forgot as well, the stove turns off and on by itself, you cannot change the time or restart the oven. It comes up with an F5 error-replace the panel!! This stove is BRAND NEW. Avoid at all cost.

We bought this duel fuel oven as my wife is an avid Baker. Pros: heats up quickly, though the oven did need the to be calibrated for accuracy, which the oven is designed for. I like that the preheat shows internal temperature as it rises. The hob is ergonomically well designed as is the oven. Cons: My main problem is the control panel, it is (1) poorly responsive to touch, requiring pressing repeatedly and, (2) changing settings is not intuitive for some elements. (3) the oven claims to be internet ready but I was not able to link it to the GE app despite following all instructions to the letter. (4) The timer is also very soft with no volume control. The central cast iron griddle is also hard to keep clean.

Well, I like the design and features, however, the control board went out. Board failed less than 1 week after delivery. Fortunately there was another in stock and the repairman has just left after replacing it. Haven't used it yet with the new board and I'm hoping it will work. Time will tell.

The more I use our new range and become familiar with it's functions, the more I love it. Using the owner's manual I was able to calibrate the oven temp myself. Still experimenting with the Air Fry function but the Bake and Convection Bake functions are great. This is our first Dual Fuel range; not sure why we didn't do this sooner. The gas cook top is a joy to cook on. This model has features that aren't found on other brand models even at hight price points.

Well I just did this but the page would not move so here I go again. I find this stove functions less user friendly than my previous stove, Bosch. I find it overall an unsatisfying purchase since many of the day to day features which maybe make it LOOK GOOD, are really not functional for a day to day feature. I will list what I find dissatisfying: 1. The clock seems to be much brighter than the last stove I had. Almost as though it were lighting the room, but clearly is not helpful with the use of the LED panel. I also find this something that irritates me each time I use the stove. The LED panel with all the functions is difficult to see unless a light is on in the kitchen. So if I have left the room to come back and see what I may need to do add more cook time or change the cook function to another one I cannot see it without the light in the kitchen. This is also a problem in the daylight since the keys are so dark. You need to look at it from an angle. 2. The alarm is to low to hear in another room. Now this may be a feature I can turn up, but I have not found that function as yet. I have only owned this for over a few months. The weight of the grids are truly to heavy to move each and every time the base of the top of the stove is soiled The BOSCH was so much easier to clean and the grill in the center is unfortunately situated such that it falls each time you move one of the grids so that also needs to be removed. ALL WAY TO HEAVY for daily if not more often cleaning of a spill. OVERALL it functions well, but I am not keen of the electric over, prefer gas...not an option for this stove. Well I guess simply said I am not happy with this stove.

One of the igniter was bad for the start. Had two repair visits and still waiting on parts. Nice range but worries about quality.

We love our nee GE dual fuel range!! Oven cooking is a joy! Burners are awesome for size and selection of cooking ranges. Just wish the center griddle could be a center grate. We have attempted to order it but no luck. Seems no one knows the correct part number!
