I love the water dispenser in the side of the door with no ice dispenser, it™™s very convenient and means more space in the fridge. The soft close French doors are great, and I love using the flex temp drawer for cold drinks. I love the look of it, it looks and feels high end but at a reasonable cost. A very high quality product.

This refrigerator is beautiful, roomy, and what I love the most about it is that I can easily see everything in it. The top shelf has room for many drinks, so none of them are hiding! I live the snack drawer and the option and the water makes no mess. Love it!

This refrigerator is great, I just wish it made more ice. The ice maker tray is huge, but the production is painfully slow. The manual said it's based on the pressure of the water, but based on enough reviews, and my own experience, I believe this is just the machine's one defect in design. Otherwise this fridge is just amazing! So much space and great lighting!

Only had 4 days before something went wrong!

It took 3 deliveries before it was installed. Spent several hours waiting for their answer by phone or chat. Finally got it installed...4 days later the exterior light came on and will not turn off. So after one more hour of waiting on hold, I have a technician coming in a week. Let's hope they fix week old refrigerators for free. They had a disclosure that sounded like they might charge me if the tech decides I did something wrong. This is my first and last Frigidaire product.

Lots of space with great lighting, customizable space, and quality feel. Very quiet. I like the lack of handles on the flex drawer and freezer. Plus, having had a top freezer unit for the last 24 year, the freezer on the bottom makes it so much easier on our backs!

We loved this refrigerator until we didn™™t. It stopped cooling in September 2024 while we were still under warranty. Took forever to get a new compressor shipped but even after it came and it was installed, refrigerator still did not cool. They ordered a 2nd compressor with the same results. Here we are in January of 2025. Repair technician that Frigidaire sent says excessive service has been attempted and to replace. Frigidaire refuses saying we are out of warranty. It was under warranty when it broke and they were unable to fix it so the warranty should still be valid. Not our fault you took so long!

Love, love, love the middle drawer that can morph from snacks/meats, etc., to wine cooler, to freezer! There is so much room in this fridge! We have had this refrigerator for 2 weeks and so far, we love everything about it. We love the layout, the center drawer flexibility, the ice maker, the quietness. We love the filtered water in the side of the door and the ice maker in the freezer section instead of on the front of the door, which would take up space in the main refrigerator area. This fridge suits our needs better than any of the others we have seen, and we have looked at a lot of them over the past few years.

My wife and I were very happy to replace our old aging refrigerator with this model. So much space and shelving. Also our first time having an automated ice maker and water dispenser, which we are making full use of! The middle drawer was a great addition for storing soda and water bottles to keep them cold but not frozen. Enjoying everything this model has to offer!

This fridge is massive, and I really like many of the features. The bins in the doors are large and deep, and it was fairly easy to fit a lot of items in them. There are a lot of different ways to puzzle things together. My kids love the snack drawers in the bottom for their go-gurts and string cheese. My biggest complain is that there aren't a lot of options for rearranging the shelves in the fridge. Even with the top shelf as high as it can go and the bottom as low as it can go, the middle shelf space is so short you can't fit much in there outside of egg cartons or leftovers containers. The top shelf doesn't go very high and it seems like there's a lot of wasted space up at the top. Even so, I can fit way more in this refrigerator than I could my last one. The soft close doesn't seem to be working right on the left side but the store is working on replacing that part for us so hopefully it was just a one-off manufacturing issue.
