The E-210 has 458 square inch of cooking surface including 2 stainless burners that fire up to 26,000 BTU. The E-310 has 536 square inches of cooking surface with 3 stainless steel burners that fire up to 36,000 BTU. The E-320 has all the features of the E-310 with an additional 12,000 BTU flush mounted side burner.
The Weber Genesis: Mrs. G's is authorized to sell the "EP" gas grill series, only available to 5 star dealers. The EP series, which boasts a 507 square inch cooking surface, comes in brick red and steel gray with a porcelain enamel shroud and upgrades including 3 stainless steel burners that fire up to 42,000 BTU, stainless steel flavorizer bars and stainless steel grates. The EP-320 comes with a flush mounted side burner. Stainless models also available (S-310 and 320).
The Weber Summit: New features on the E-450 Summit gas grill includes black and copper colors and the Tuck-Away Rotisserie System. The motor can be stored back inside the table when not in use so the chef can have more working space. All the parts can be left in the grill with storage for the spit and fork. The total cooking area is 650 square inches with 48,000 BTUs and includes a 12,000 BTU side burner. The E-420 does not include the rotisserie system. When you want looks, performance and size you can step up to the E-650 with 838 square inches of cooking surface and 60,000 BTUs. Stainless models also available (S-420, 450 and 650).
